I printed the card sheets onto lightweight card and the insert onto white laid paper. After cutting out the elements I attached the base image to a white scallop-edged card blank using DST. I then used glue gel to add the decoupage layers.

I applied a glaze over the heart on the cupcake and used a white soufflé pen over the wording. Finally I used DST to fix the insert.
