PRINTED THIS DESIGN ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT. I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE I SCORED THE FOUNDATION WHERE IT SHOWS. I GLUED THE FINSHED DECOUPAGE ON TO THE FOUNDATION. THEN I GLUED THE BE MY VALENTINE BELOW THAT.
LEAVING A SPACE AT THE TOP FOR THE BEAR TO CATCH ON. I USED RED AND FUSHIA METALLIC PAPER FOR THE MATTING. I USED MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER. I WILL BE USING LAQUER FOR THE EYS.

Printed on 250 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and scored and folded the base, I then decoupaged using foam pads and attached the topper using strong dst.
This is a lovely design.
