Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach topper to an 8 inch white card. Using foam pads I built the decoupage. To finish, I stuck a pink fabric heart on either end of sentiment and stuck two small eyes over his eyes.

This is a cute design and makes up well
