Printed onto glossy photo paper and then cut out. I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads. To give the skirt some lift, I used quickie glue at the waist, a row of 1mm pads half way down and then 2mm pads at the bottom of the skirt.

I added some pearls to the ribbon on the LH side to finish. A great engagement or anniversary card.
