I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made the smallest card by Scoring and Folding it. I made a Base card in a Red colour for the middle design and glued it on to it.
I made 2 Black borders and glued them on to the card. I made a Red mat and waved it all around and Glued the main design on to it. I attached them on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card and attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiments on using Sticky pads.
I wrote Grattis in Swedish that meens Happy birthday in English with a matching Red pen. I punched out Black Hearts and added Pearls to each of the Hearts and attached them to each corner of the card.
A Quick and easy Stunning, Beautiful and Great design that turned into 3 cards that are Gorgeous and Great!!!
I really LOVE this design and I know you will too!!! I really recomend this design to all of you!!! I just hope my photo showes how gorgeous they are because the light here in Sweden is not good when the darkness of the fall is here!!!

layered the main image on black card then onto base card
Layered the sentiment on black card and attached with foam pads
Used the matching insert and used the smaller images for gift tags
