I printed the design onto quality matte card, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a white square card base I attached some green striped paper and mounted the design over that. I scored and folded the skirt as indicated and attached it.

I added a paper flower and used dimensional magic on some leaves and the centre of the sun. I added faux gems to the waistband and used gold peel-offs to form a double frame for the design. This is a striking design that could be used for many different occasions.
