I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a piece of cup546874_1298 and then onto a deep blue card. To finish the card I added some faux gems here and there.
This is a lovely 1920's design that could be used for a lot of different occasions.
