I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a colour coordinated card with silver decorative elements.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added and one of the sentiments to the inside of the card.
I added a blue and teal bow to the side of the card and some glitter to the dress and ballet shoes.
Brilliant design, just lovely!!
I USED A BASE AND MOUNT IN DIFFERENT SHADES OF BLUE.ADDED THE DECOUPAGED TOPPER.EMBELLISHED WITH BUTTERFLY AND ADDED GEMS TO THE CORNER OF THE TOPPER .
