Vintage Promenade Fashion Lady Mini KitCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold matt card after running the edge of the image through a distresser.

I added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I Decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with die cut fan & added a tassel to it & mounted it with 3D glue gel.
