Vintage Belle in Woods Topper & Decoupage Mini KitCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Reduced the size a little and printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, trimmed my topper and card blank with fancy edge trimmer, punched a border down the card, decoupaged with foam pads, added liquid pearls to the centres of the flowers, a single tassel to the flowers and tied a tasseled cord round the spine, beautiful colours, beautiful design.
