After printing, cutting out the elements and mounting the pyramid with foam tape, I adhered the base topper onto a matching pink card that I made out of two pieces of textured cardstock to accommodate the size of the card.

I then added a few cluster dots around the pink flowers at the top with cream Liquid Pearls. The Happy birthday sentiment tag at the bottom is raised with another tag underneath for added dimension and hot-pink Liquid Pearl dots for a little bling.

The insert I adhered with DST inside the card and finished it off nicely.
