Twinkle Toes

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to white paper, then on to a card covered in pink card. Layered all elements. Added candi, gems and two sentiment tags. Absolutely gorgeous, with a great fun element too.

I printed onto matte card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
