I reduced the size, printed the sheets (two copies of the base image) on matte photo paper, then attached the base image and insert with dst to a Crafty Bob's 6" square scalloped card.

I cut the second image around the lacy scallops and cut away the picture in the middle, than mounted it over the base image with foam tape to create a dimensional frame.

The decoupage and sentiment were added with silicone gel, and I finished with lavender Liquid Pearl dots and a bow that had a bit of the doggie color in it :-) Such a sweet design.
