Time for Tiffany 2Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper and insert onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.

Put a row of gemstones around the border and a couple of 3D butterflies.
