I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements, using the wedding day heart, and placed some of the flowers behind the heart. Added pearls and a bow. A gorgeous design.

Using matching script card to back this design
I decoupaged the image but removed the background on the second layer to achieve extra depth
Edged in a suitable yellow soft touch ribbon and handmade bow
I also attached 2 yellow buttons at the corners just to add effect
and also 2 yellow stick on sparkles to enhance the tags
