I printed the two sheets on to matt photo card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered an 8x8 inch scalloped card with two neutral shades of pearlescent paper, then mounted the topper all using DST.

I added the decoupage and a sentiment using 1mm foam pads and finished this delightful design with a cream silk ribbon.
