I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a square white textured card and used copper peel-offs to form a border. Finally I added some clear gems here and there and an epoxy sentiment panel.

This is a stunning image that could be used for lots of different occasions.
