The Red Polka Dot Dress Book Style TopperCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I took a Cream background card paper and glued the design on to it. I made 2 wavey borders in a matching red colour and glued them on to the Cream background paper.

I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Beautiful design that made a gorgeous and really Beautiful card! The colours are Amazing! Well done Julie! I recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
