Printed onto good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a navy blue metallic easel card base with the border punched out. Attached other pieces using foam pads (on the top of the skirt I attached using glue dots to make the dress lie smooth).
Printed onto matte photo card. Mounted onto a teal stepper card using DST. I assembled the decupage using silicone glue. I added a teal organza wide ribbon around the front step then added a turquoise glitter ribbon. I finished by attaching the greeting panel over then ribbons.
