I printed out the sheets then added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added onto the card with foam pads.
To finish off the card I added gems, glitter and a bow a stunning card
I printed both sheets on to matt photo card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I matt and layered the topper on to gold pearlescent paper on an 8x8 inch scalloped card using DST.
I added the main large decoupage using 2mm foam strips and the rest of the decoupage and sentiment with 1mm foam pads.
I finished with a gold ribbon and bow on the side. The colours of this design are striking!
