I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirts of the dresses with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition and to complete this gorgeous card.
Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, mounted the topper onto a fancy 7x9 card blank, used glue gel for the decoupage elements and finished with a co-ordinating ribbon bow and crystal embellishment.A gorgeous design in beautiful colours....perfect for so many occasions.
