Tea In The Garden Card & Toppers SetCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out base and chose one of the toppers, attached base to a scalloped edge white square card and added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold pearls.
A lovely design.
