She is Special 2Completed by Suzanne Kavanagh

21st Birthday card for a Granddaughter. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I used one of my scoring techniques. I used white shimmer card layered with rose blush printed paper.

I used dies & peel offs for sentiments. I embellished with large cream bows on the outer & inner of card adding little gems. I also added some butterflies from the kit adding more bling. I glittered the girls dress. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 931755_2357. Designer TheRo Sharon
