I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting to the inside of the card using thin foam tape.
I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I made a frame and added it on a coordinate background.
