I printed the sheets at a slightly reduced size on lightweight matt card and cut out all the pieces. I attached black pearlescent and pink glitter borders to the topper with DST then attached it all to an 8" card blank, also with DST.
The topper and sentiment were attached with a mix of 2mm and 1mm foam pads; finished with a couple of gems.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then onto white paper, then onto black paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a pink ribbon and pink insert..
