Pretty Little Sailor Girl - 8x8 Scalloped Corner Card KitCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. Added a bow tied from blue and white ribbons and added a glitter dot centre, and finished with red gems.
