Pretty in Polka Dots Card Front Kit

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of the butterfly to give more definition.
