Printed onto glossy photopaper, cut out main image and attached to white square scalloped card blank, added decoupage with glue gel and finally added a red bow to the waist of the dress, another stunner from Julie
I printed the sheets onto glossy photo paper and then added the decoupage with foam pads. I added a red & gold ribbon bow to the back of the dress and then edged with gold peeloffs.
