I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to silver mirror card and then mounted on to an 8x8 square navy blue card.
I finished off with a sentiment, put rhinestone in middle of bow and glitter and rhinestones in centre of flowers and then put peel offs in the corners.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to give more definition. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
