I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. This gorgeous card comes with its own matching gift card with an insert plus a matching gift tag.

I added some flat backed pearls to the tassel and to the centre of the small roses.
