I printed this file onto good quality photographic paper and because it is such a luxurious looking image I had to mat it onto gold card before attaching it to a cream card blank.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied Glossy Accents to the leaves and gold Stickles glitter to the butterfly wings.

Because the background is black I thought that it was going to be difficult to remove all the white bits between the chain on the handbag so I cut the chain out and replaced it with chain peeloffs, another option would have been to go over the white bits with a black marker pen but the first option was my choice.

I love this modern image with the vibrant colours and the simplistic lines made cutting out the decoupage very easy.
