On the Boardwalk - Decoupage Card Mini KitCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / Miscellaneous
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with blue pearls to corners.
A beautiful summery design.
