Mobile Phone Card Mini Kit & DecoupageCompleted by Suzanne Kavanagh

12th Birthday card for a Special Young Girl. I printed onto printable decoupage paper. I cut out all elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I dies and peel offs for sentiments. I used butterflies from kit adding pearls to their centres.

I embellished with pink ribbon along the edge adding a double bow. I finished with the matching insert.
