I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the butterflies using thin foam tape under one wing and a blob of silicone glue under the other wing to give more definition.
