Oh, this is such a beautiful design. I printed out on to satin finish photo paper and then cut out all the parts. I mounted the base design on to an 8 inch card using dst and then assembled the pyramage and decoupage using foam pads.

I placed a greeting at the top and used glitter to highlight parts of the flowers. I used gold glitter to highlight parts of the ornate frame, added some red gems to finish. Thie frame is gorgeous so ornate. Just love it and the gift tags are a bonus.
