Used A4 Lanscape card, backed it in pink backing paper, stuck the main layer on with double sided tape, cut all other pieces out and decoupaged them with silicone glue. used a stick on gem to put on the flower on the hat, typed sentiment out and backed it with silver card and stick it on with sticky cards.
