Lady in GreenCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto gold mirri card and then onto a white square card. I attached green velvet ribbon down one side and decoupaged a vintage rose (cup396059_1035) on the flower cluster.

I used glitter highlights and some faux gems on the flowers to finish. This elegant design would be a very versatile addition to one's stash!
