I printed the sheets on to matt photo card and cut out the topper, decoupage and a sentiment. I added the topper to an 8x8 inch card blank, which I had edged with black glitter paper, using DST.
I added the decoupage with 1mm foam pads and finished with a gem to the hair bow. Such a cute design, easy to make a stunning card!
