I printed the card topper on glossy photo paper,then added the base design to a cream blank card and built d the decoupage with thin foam tape, to complete I added a double black and gold bow and gold gemstones to the flowers,I printed the insert onto quality paper and added with dst the finishing touch to a really elegant design.
