I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white embossed mat, then to a blue and finally a light mauve card.

I inserted the lovely inner to the inside of the card and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, I added silver decorative corners and my sentiment.

Great design. Love the Gatsby theme!
