I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the sentiment. Onto a white square card I layered some patterned paper and then matted the image over that.

To complete it I added a gold sparkle ribbon and bow and a few faux gems here and there. This is a sweet design for a big or little girl!
