I matted the image onto silver holo card and added a white feather then matted it onto cerise mirror card with foam tape.
I added the greeting with 3D glue gel and used Icicle Stickles on the corner swirls, the fairy's wings and the glittery swirls around her.
I used Crystal Glamour dust on her dress.
