I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added a flat backed pearl and a flat back gem to her necklace to complete this gorgeous card.
