I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I shaped the skirt with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added some flat backed pearls and a green gem to her necklace to complete this gorgeous card.
