I printed out the card front and back on glossy photo paper, and the inside back, and insert on paper, I then cut out all the pieces, I scored and folded the tab on the card front and using DST I stuck the tab onto the back of a closed 8 x 8 greetings card.

I then using DST stuck the front of the card down to the front of the greetings card. I added the insert to the middle of the card. I cut out the shaped edges of the card front and cut it to size.

Using DST stuck the inside front to the back of the shaped area on the card. Finally I stuck the back panel to the card using DST to cover the tab.
