I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements....I matted and layered the main image with white and blue card then mounted it onto a white scalloped edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads...this design is gorgeous and siutable for lots of ocassions.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a green card front. I added some black rhinestones to neckline and waist, I used liquid silver pearls to added some texture elements to the bodice.
I added blue gems to necklace and corners.
I added glitter to flowers and bottom of dress
