I printed the toppers on to glossy photo paper, then cut out , I matted an 8x8 card with a green textured card then added the base design and cut out the marked areas, then added the decoupage with thin foam pads, I printed the insert onto quality paper and inserted with dst, To complete this stunning design I added a gold and green bow.
