Reduced the size by 5% and mounted onto card with a rose punched corner trimming away the corner of the topper, decoupaged with foam pads, added small blue silk flowers and a bow made from pearls.
I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with a pretty paper from cup536518_1443, and first punching two opposite corners using a punch from CC54894 .
I then mounted the topper and layered all elements. Added gems and a sentiment with a ribbon loop attached.
A gorgeous design, love these colours..... and can be used for just about any occasion.....
