Card Topper with Insert LovelyCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper, printing two copies of the topper sheet.

I attached the insert and the topper with dst to a cream card, then cut the large square from the second topper and attached it with foam pads, after first adding a paper lace border to the card bottom and bits of distressed paper doily.

The decoupage and sentiment were added with silicone gel and I embellished with tiny crystals, a pearl, some distressed ribbon and a tiny rose.
