OccasionI printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a darker Blue mat and glued it on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I then glued the Main design on to the mat and card.
I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment using 5x5x3mm Sticky pads and I can really recomend them because the decoupage are really standing out beautifully.
I added Pearls to the card. A Quick and easy Stunning and sooo Beautiful design in Amazing Blue colours I love this one and it turned into a Gorgeous card that I Recomend to all of you!!!!
